Seminars topic: This lecture will discuss how to use digital tools to enhance scientific research development, support enterprise practices, and implement innovative teaching models. First, we will examine a longitudinal tracking study of new employees in two companies. This study investigates how changes in the proactive behaviors of new employees dynamically influence mentor evaluations and coaching behaviors. By adopting a collaborative model of "scientific research + light consulting + digital feedback," we can achieve scientific research objectives—such as attaining a 75% data recovery rate across multiple rounds—while also supporting enterprise decision-making and enhancing participants sense of accomplishment. Second, we will develop a new model that combines "executive research participation + real-time personalized report feedback." This approach utilizes digital tools to address the traditional research incentive problem. Finally, we will explore a new method that integrates "theoretical knowledge + digital feedback." This enables students to experience the real-time application and transformation of theoretical concepts in the classroom, thereby increasing their participation and interest in learning.
