Open Programs

Our open programs offer high-impact courses covering both basic modules on general management issues and special modules to accommodate specific needs. The programs enable senior managers and executives to adopt new business models and develop the managerial skills necessary to meet the challenges in their organizations.

"Qiushi" Elite Program

Running for eight years since 2011, the program has attracted over 300 participants and continues to be the “star” program to advance your ability to think and make decisions. The Program is designed for senior managers with a minimum of eight years’ work experience and four years’ management experience.

Strategic Management Program

The Program is specially designed for owners of enterprises with annual output value of over 100 million RMB. The Program takes you through a journey to strengthen your strategy and execute your plans effectively.

Enterprise Management Program

The Program addresses most important factors involved with business development, including organizational development, management operations, talent management, digitalization and innovation, brand management, etc.

Professional Manager Program

Discovering competitive advantage and innovations in management process, the Professional Manager Program covers topics in leadership, managerial communications, digital marketing, finance, etc. The Program is designed for middle and senior-level managers with over three years’ experience.

Financial Management Program

The Program is specially designed for entrepreneurs and executives of listed companies and senior managers in investment or financial sector. The Program helps you to gain a deeper understanding of capital market, financial strategies and investment.

Custom Programs

We have created programs with partners nationwide in China and overseas, with clients including Panasonic, Bosch, Citibank, the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the Peoples Republic of China (HKSAR), and MTR Corporation. The architecture and content of training modules within custom programs are designed in close collaboration with the relevant partner, fostering a spirit of co-creation for maximum added value.

China Business Environment and Policy

The Program “China Business Environment and Policy” is customized for government officials from HKSAR government.

PEDP

PEDP is designed for senior and middle-level managers from Panasonic Japan and China. This program has been running for two years since 2018 with topics on Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Innovation and Strategic Management.

Transformation and Innovation Management

The Program is tailored for sales managers from Air Macau. The program takes a special focus on digital marketing strategies, leadership skills and management psychology.
