Speaker’s Introduction: Dr. ZHU Yuheng is a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Queensland, Australia. During his PhD, he was part of the Australian Laureate Project (Making a Sustainable Tourist) under the supervision of Professor Sara Dolnicar. His research primarily focuses on developing and testing theory-driven behaviour change interventions to encourage more environmentally friendly behaviour among tourists, with a particular emphasis on food waste reduction. His work includes obtaining real behavioural data through field experiments, which often involves close collaboration with industry partners and researchers from Engineering, His findings have been published in several leading tourism journals, including Annals of Tourism Research, Tourism Management, and Journal of Travel Research.
