Workshop’s Topic: The first part of this report deals with the core connotation of the new quality-productivity and its underlying logical connection with the new quality-production relations.
In particular, this report proposes that big data and artificial intelligence, as a new combination of the latest production factors and other production factors, generate new quality productivity, while innovation ecology and human-machine collaboration constitute a new quality production relationship of cross-border collaboration, especially the university collaborative innovation research between industry and academia.
The second part of this report focuses on the latest trends in digital transformation, especially summarizing Huaweis experience and lessons learned in the field of digital transformation. On this basis, successful digital transformation models that can be used as a reference by traditional industrial enterprises are elaborated, including a general blueprint and specific pathways. In addition, this report focuses on the exploration of human-machine collaboration, especially the interaction between artificial intelligence as a quasi-agent and humans as a full-fledged agent, including the substitution paradox in human-machine collaboration and the three types of human-machine collaboration mechanisms.
