On September 23-25, 2020, 28th CEEMAN annual conference was held online to search for Ideas and Inspiration for Management Development from Fields Beyond Management, the topic of this year’s event. More than 150 participants from 36 countries around the world exchanged future inputs and ideas, making this year’s virtual meeting more interesting, interactive and insightful. Management education has been facing unprecedented disruption over the past few months. Businesses and educators had to think on their feet for the short term as well as for the future.
Prof. ZHOU Weihua, Associated Dean of ZJU-SOM, was invited to give a speech focusing on Research Development at the session of Extraordinary Stories and Inspiration from CEEMAN Members. Prof. ZHOU shared his research collaboration with MIT on Systemic Risk Management of Food Supply Chains in China.
CEEMAN is an international management development association established in 1993 with the aim of accelerating the growth in quality of management development in central and eastern Europe. Now it is a global network of management development institutions interested in quality of education and innovations in this field, as well as in the broad area of subjects related to change, with 200 members from 50 countries in Europe, North America, Latin America, Africa, and Asia.
Cooperation Process of CEEMAN and ZJU SOM
Be awarded with International Quality Accreditation (IQA) for a duration of six years and became part of CEEMAN IQA community.
Co-organized and hosted the 25th CEEMAN Annual Conference in Hangzhou, China during 20-22 September.
Joined CEEMAN in June 2016, as the first school in Mainland China to become a CEEMAN member.
