An open class for ZJU-HEC EMBA program was held in Hangzhou Dragon Hotel on April 23rd, 2014. Prof. Luis Pereiro, from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and HEC Paris, was invited to give a lecture on "Valuation of Private Equity Investment in Emerging Markets”.
Prof. WEI Longbao, Director of EMBA Program Office, and Ms. HUANG Yueyuan, Deputy Director of EMBA Program Office attended the open class. Several EMBA alumni, such as Mr. ZHANG Xuguang, CEO of Insigma Technology, and Mr. ZHU Jiacheng, CEO of Silk Road Telecommunication joined as guest speakers. Prof. Luis Pereiro is a recognized expert in corporate valuation and venture capital financing in emerging markets, and has published articles in various financial journals. His book "Valuation of Companies in Emerging Markets" is regarded as a standard reference for global investment bankers, venture investors and financial professionals.
