It highlights the need to integrate climate change as a global public good into economic theory. The presentation focuses on two key areas - pricing systems and innovation systems - emphasizing green innovation policies and the role of the state in guiding sustainable development. The goal is to align economic progress with ecological stability.

Scholars Background: Horst Hanusch is a leading German economist in innovation and evolutionary economics. He has held key roles at the University of Augsburg and international academic organizations, including the International J. A. Schumpeter Society. He is also the founding editor of the Journal of Evolutionary Economics.
