Seminars topic: This lecture explores how the experience of the “Ten Thousand Villages Project” can be leveraged to drive comprehensive rural revitalization. Drawing from Zhejiang’s pioneering efforts, the talk will provide practical insights into applying locally developed strategies to wider rural development challenges in China.

Scholars Background: HUANG Zuhui is a member of the Advisory Committee for Rural Revitalization Experts of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. He is the Chief Expert of the China Rural Development Research Institute at Zhejiang University and a Distinguished Professor (Tier 1). He also serves as a member of Zhejiang Province’s High-Quality Development and Common Prosperity Demonstration Zone Expert Committee.
