Workshop’s Topic: Digitalization not only brings efficiency gains, but also changes the market structure to a certain extent. Therefore, academic research must not only focus on increasing efficiency in the age of digitalization. This topic is based on three case studies, discussing the social structural changes caused by digitalization and trying to propose new research questions.
