Workshop’s Topic: Experimental methods are often referred to as the gold standard for verifying causality. This lecture will introduce the fundamental concepts, process, and validity design issues related to experiments based on research examples. We will also discuss how to make an experimental study rich by incorporating heterogeneity and mechanism testing, as well as the design of multiple experiments.
