National Outstanding Rescue Team
Founded in 2003, Ramunion is a non-governmental charity group composed by more than 20000 volunteers from all walks of life. The organization focuses on emergency rescue and search, like rescue of secondary disaster of earthquake. Since its establishment, Ramunion has participated in 256 major rescues, including 14 cross-border rescues, such as rescue of shipwreck in Phuket, Thailand, rescue of tank truck explosion in Wenling, China, and rescue of building collapse in Quanzhou, China, etc. Meanwhile, Ramunion also undertakes social voluntary work. For instance, after COVID-19 breaking out, it organized donation and took the responsibility of disinfecting public places and other work of epidemic prevention.
HE Jun, the founder of Ramunion, was excited and said, “This honor is an appreciation to our work that devoting ourselves into the social welfare in the past years. Our volunteers will be consistent to our mission that dedicating to rescue and social voluntary work.”
