Recently, Meng Liang, the first graduate of ZJU-SOM IPhD (Major in Management Science and Engineering), whos doctoral dissertation-"Task design incorporation Self-determination Theory and one’s intrinsic motivation: An empirical investigation from a cognitive neuroscience perspective " — win the 2016 Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award of Zhejiang University. He is the only prize-winner of the 2016 Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award of ZJU Humanities and Social Sciences.

It is not an accident for Meng Liang to stand out among thousands of excellent students at Zhejiang University. He has won the Zhu Kezhen Scholarship, the highest honor of Zhejiang University in 2015.
