Prof. Gerry George, Deputy Dean of Faculty and Research of Imperial College Business School visited School of Management Zhejiang University on March 31, 2014. Prof. WU Xiaobo, Dean of ZJU-SOM welcomed him.

During the meeting, Prof. Wu introduced the current situation and strategic plan of School of Management, and then discussed about related issues concerning the establishment of the Zhejiang-Imperial College Transnational Entrepreneurship Center (ZITEC) with Prof. George. In addition, both parties talked about potential collaborations in the areas of academic staff exchange, joint master degree program, MBA/EMBA study tour, and joint supervision of PhD students, etc. Other representatives of School of Management attended the meeting as well.

In the afternoon, Prof. George delivered a lecture about his experiences in paper publishing in Academy of Management Journal and introduced his research achievements to the faculty and students from the School.
