Scholars Background: ZHENG Weimin is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Management, Xiamen University, and Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism and Hotel Management. He was selected as a “Minjiang Scholar” youth talent in Fujian Province and is recognized as a top-level B-class talent by the Xiamen Municipal Government. He has been awarded “Outstanding Young Scholar” under Xiamen University’s Nanqiang Talents Program. In recent years, he has presided over multiple projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and Fujian Province. His research achievements have won multiple first-class provincial and ministerial awards. He has published over 40 papers in domestic and international journals in tourism/hospitality management, information science, and digital tourism, including 14 in ABS 4* journals and 6 in ABS 3* journals. His current research interests focus on artificial intelligence and digital tourism.
