Prof. KE Bin

Professor Kobin is currently a professor in the Department of Accounting and Chair of the Faculty of Economics at the National University of Singapore. He has also been appointed Changjiang Scholar Lecture Professor by the Chinese Ministry of Education and has served as President of the North American Chinese Accounting Professors Association. He has published more than 20 articles in reputed journals such as The Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting and Economics and Journal of Accounting Research. His research interests include exploring and solving increasingly complex commercialization problems by using traditional or interdisciplinary research methods.

In recent years, Professor Ke Bin has paid special attention to researching the quality of accounting information, executive compensation, corporate governance, investor protection and digital transformation in the context of China’s transition economy and emerging markets.
