Workshop’s Topic: Join us for a conversation with Chak Fu Lam, who will give an overview of what he believes is the main reason for manuscript rejection at AMR. He will also give you tips on how to improve your chances of getting R&R. Following a short and interactive presentation, Chak Fu Lam will address your queries and questions about publishing in AMR.
In addition, OCS will positively moderate the relationship between PAMP and rider need fulfillment. To better understand how PAMP affects drivers’ need satisfaction and behavior, we conducted a qualitative research with 103 dispatch drivers. Our study provides valuable insights for future research and practice in dealing with app employees in the gig economy.

Chak Fu Lam is an Associate Professor of Management at the City University of Hong Kong. His research examines employee voice, including why employees speak up and how managers respond to employee voice, and what makes employee voice sustainable over time. His research has been published in the Academy of Management Annals, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, and Personnel Psychology. In 2021, he was honored as one of five reviewers with the title "Best Editorial Reviewer" for his contributions to the Journal of Applied Psychology. |
