Ni Xiaoran, Associate professor of School of Economics and Wang Ya’nan Economic Research Institute, Xiamen University, deputy Director of the Department of Finance. His research expertise in stakeholders and financial risk prevention. He has published over 40 papers on academic journals including Economic Research, World of Management, Economics (Quarterly), Financial Research, China Industrial Economics, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Banking and Finance, etc. He presides over National Natural Science Foundation projects and youth projects now, and he has won the first prize of teaching skills competition of young teachers in Xiamen University, the second prize of Outstanding Achievements in Social Science in Fujian Province, the Hong Yinxing Economics Award, the Best Paper Award of the Annual Meeting of the Asian Financial Society, the Outstanding Evaluator Award of the American Accounting Association, the Best Paper Award of the Annual meeting of the Southwest Financial Society and many other teaching and research awards.
