Dr. Nicoleta Meslec

Tilburg University, Organization Studies Department



 

Dr. Nicoleta Meslec is an Assistant Professor at Tilburg University, Organization Studies Department. Her research is focused on topics such as team processes, collective intelligence within teams, leadership (and charismatic leadership in particular) and multiple team membership. She teaches on topics such as Organization Development or Complexity within Organizations. Her work was published in journals such as Leadership Quarterly, British Journal of Psychology, International Journal of Project Management and Small Group Research.


Ph.D. (c) Junjie Wei

School of Management, Zhejiang University



 

Mr. Junjie Wei is a Ph.D. candidate at the School of Management, Zhejiang University, China. His current research focuses on exploring the impacts of multiple team participation on temporary team effectiveness. Particularly, his research interests cover the dynamics and effectiveness of temporary team, algorithmic management of online platforms, and informal status in team contexts.


Dr. John P. Bechara

Department of Organizational Studies at the School of Behavioral and Social Sciences at Tilburg University



 

Dr. John P. Bechara is currently an assistant professor at the Department of Organizational Studies at the School of Behavioral and Social Sciences at Tilburg University. He received his Ph.D. in business administration from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. His current research interests include the development and consequences of social hierarchies (power and status) in teams and organizations. His work has appeared in the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Research in the Sociology of Organizations, Organization Science, Journal of Management, and Personnel Psychology.


Asoc. Prof. Qiongjing Hu

School of Management, Zhejiang University



 

Dr. Qiongjing Hu is an associate professor of Leadership and Organization Management at School of Management, Zhejiang University. He received his Ph.D. degree from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.
His research interests focus on leadership, hierarchy, and team composition in the context of work teams, aiming to reveal the complex interactions among team members and provide managerial implications for building effective work teams. His research has appeared in the Academy of Management Journal, Human Relations, Journal of Business Venturing, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Human Resource Management Journal, etc.
