International Symposium on Management of Technology (ISMOT) has a long tradition as a platform of interactive learning for linking academy, industry, and government participants, with a focus on management of technology and innovation. Full paper in double column format, including paper title, authors' names and affiliation, and short abstract are requested. Every paper would be double-blind reviewed. Every paper should be limited to no more than 5 pages, and every added page should be paid additional 100 U.S. dollar. INTRODUCTION OF HANGZHOU
Hangzhou, an ancient capital of China, is famous for the West Lake, the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, historic sites of five dynasties of ancient China and Green Tea.
