Neuromanagement Laboratory

Established in 2006, ZJU’s Neuromanagement Lab investigates micro-mechanisms of management via interdisciplinary approaches that integrate management science, economics, social psychology, and cognitive science. The Lab is equipped with state-of-the-art cognitive neuroscience and behavioral experiment rooms. In addition, it has introduced comprehensive instrumentation suites with capabilities including electroencephalography (EEG), eye-tracking(ET), functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS), and transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS). Work undertaken by the Lab has yielded valuable progress in fuzzy decision making, brand awareness, social discrimination issues, human-computer interaction, and safety signs.
