Welcome to our intensive but stimulating summer program and explore the most entrepreneurial region of China. You will unlock different facets of knowledge sets targeting entrepreneurship in digital world, and find fascination and uniqueness of Hangzhou, a city that Marco Polo called “the finest and the most splendid in the world.”

Dr. WANG Liang is an associate professor of Tourism and Hotel Management. Her current research interests include eTrust in tourism and data-driven tourist behavior analysis. She is also a close observer of the situation of information communication technologies in the tourism industry, providing consultancy services to tourism organizations.

Dr. GUO Bin is a professor of Innovation Management and Strategy. He is also the head of the Department of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Strategy. His teaching and research interests are in the areas of innovation management and innovation strategy.

Dr. ZHENG Gang is a professor of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Strategy. His research interests include innovation and change management, strategic management of technology, innovation, etc. He also serves as a consultant and a trainer in the fields of technology and innovation management.

Dr. SHEN Rui is a ZJU 100-Young Professor of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Strategy. Her research interests are broadly in entrepreneurship, venture capital and firm innovation areas. Her research has been published in journals such as Journal of Business Ethics, Management and Organization Review, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, and Nankai Business Review.

SHEN Rui

ZJU 100-Young Professor, ZJU-SOM

Dr. SUN Yixia is a ZJU 100-Young Professor of Marketing. Her research mainly focuses on consumer behavior, such as consumer information processing, consumers' collecting behavior, effect of ritual on consumption, consumers' buying behavior of private products, and effects of technology on consumer behavior. Her research has been published in UTD24/FT50 top-ranking journals such as Journal of Marketing Research and Journal of Consumer Psychology.

SUN Yixia

ZJU 100-Young Professor, ZJU-SOM

Dr. ZHANG Zheng is a ZJU 100-Young Professor of Service Science and Operation Management. His primary research interests lie at the intersection of operations research and healthcare. The overarching goal of his research agenda is to develop the computational methods needed to help organize healthcare operations and improve precision medicine.

Dr. LIU Tao is a ZJU-100 Young Professor of Marketing. His research mainly focuses on consumer neuroscience, neuroentrepreneurship, as well as cultural consumption.

Dr. HUANG Can is a professor of Innovation and Intellectual Property Management. His research interests include innovation management, intellectual property right and science and technology policy. He is executive deputy director of National Institute for Innovation Management and co-director of Institute for Intellectual Property Management at ZJU-SOM. He has undertaken over 20 research projects fund by government institutes and well-known enterprises.

Dr. YE Shun is an assistant professor of Tourism and Hotel Management. His research interests include rural tourism entrepreneurship, sharing economy, and micro-level tourism demand analysis. He also has professional experience in tourism planning and hotel management consulting.

Dr. MA Shihan is a ZJU 100-Young Professor of Tourism Management. His research concentration is big data analysis in tourism, regarding tourist perception, behavior, mobility pattern and destination marketing opportunities through big data mining and technology application.

Dr. HUANG Ying is a professor of Finance, Director of ZJU Capital Market Research Center (ZJU-CMRC) at Zhejiang University. Previously, she has served on the faculties of Northern Kentucky University, Manhattan College, Lake Forest College and Queens College in the US. Her main research interest lies in financial management, corporate governance, fund management and China’s financial markets.
